Keeping Georgia the Number One State for Business

Georgia has led the nation in business growth for over a decade, and data centers are the next chapter in that story. The Infrastructure Alliance of Georgia advocates for development that funds schools, infrastructure, and public safety, while establishing legally enforceable guardrails that protect the environment, ratepayers, farmland, and overall wellbeing of the communities that make Georgia strong.

What We Advocate for in Georgia

Long-Term Community Partners

Georgians Come First — No Added Costs

Built to Save Water

Data centers should fund schools, roads, and public safety projects that might otherwise be out of reach for Georgia communities, especially in rural counties.

Large users should pay their own way to preserve their local environments, improve electrical power capacity, and optimize water infrastructure. Everyday ratepayers should never foot the bill.

Georgia's data centers should be designed to maximize water efficiency, using technologies like closed-loop cooling to reduce demand on local water resources.
